  • Where are you?
    We are in Victoria Park which is a small cul de sac, located half way up Weston hillside. We are a short walk from the town centre and seafront and most guests prefer to leave their cars at the hotel and walk down the hill.
  • Where is the nearest Train Station?
    Weston super Mare Train Station is a 25 minute walk from us, and has a regular service to Bristol Temple Meads, as well as connections to Bath and Taunton.
  • Is there a gym nearby?
    Yes, there are multiple in town, including Pure Gym, Nuffield Health and Anytime Fitness. There is also a wonderful promenade, beach and woods to enjoy a long walk or run if you so desire, all within a 5 minute walk from the accommodation.
  • Is Timbertop Suites a Hotel, Guest House or Apartments?
    The best way to describe our suites is a cross between a guest house and apartments. This is a small independent family run business with a small team of housekeepers. Friendly and welcoming but run professionally.
  • What Time is Check-In?
    Check-in is between 1400-1830, please contact us if you think you will be late checking-in and we will try to accommodate your needs. When check-in closes, guests who have not checked-in and have not made contact will be marked as a no-show, which is charged at full price.
  • What Time is Check-Out?
    Check-out is available up until 1100. If you would like to organise a later check-out, you can contact us ahead of time and we will try to accommodate your needs.
  • Do you have ground floor rooms?
    Unfortunately, due to the age, construction and location of the building, we do not have any ground floor rooms. We do have hand rails on either side of the steps to the front of the building and internally the staircases have bannisters. However, all sleeping accommodation is located on the 2nd and 3rd floors of the building.
  • Will my room be cleaned during my stay?
    Depending on your length of stay, your room may be cleaned or changed during your stay. You can also speak to a member of staff, to request clean towels, top up of teas & coffees etc, fresh linen or anything else to make your stay more comfortable.
  • Are children allowed to stay?
    No, we are an adults only hotel - all guests must be 18 years and over.
  • Are pets allowed to stay?
    As much as we love our furry friends, due to allergens and deep cleaning requirements, we do not allow any pets at all.
  • Can I smoke or vape on the premises?
    This is non-smoking establishment and guests are not permitted to smoke or vape, anywhere inside the building. You will find 2 outside areas – one at the front of the property and one to the rear. Guests are invited to use these spaces and deposit any cigarette butts in the receptacles provided. We would also ask you to be courteous to non-smokers who may be using these spaces as well. If anyone is found tampering with the smoke detector systems at all – you will be asked to leave and pay for any damages.
  • Can I use scented candles, or incense sticks.
    You are not allowed to use any naked flame under any circumstances whilst staying in the Suites. The rooms are equipped with very sensitive smoke detectors and will go off if smoke is detected in the rooms.
  • Is there WiFi available?
    Yes, there is free Wifi available to guests, in all suites, bedrooms and public areas.
  • Is there parking?
    Yes, we have free parking available for up to 12 vehicles. This is offered on a simple first-come-first served basis, and can not be reserved. There is a limit of one vehicle per booking, additional vehicles can make use of the free on-street parking, or the large pay and display car park at the bottom of the road. Please note that if you have a van or large vehicle, you may struggle getting the vehicle in and out of the narrow entrance.
  • Is there a kitchen I can use?
    Suites have their own mini kitchens with fridge, worktop, sink and microwave. There are also 2 communal kitchens available for all guests, where you can use a toaster, oven and hob.
  • Is breakfast available?
    Yes, we have breakfast available at the suites. We offer a continental buffet, full english and a range of teas, coffees, cereals and pastries. Some rates are inclusive of breakfast, other rates are room only, with the option to purchase breakfast at the property.
  • Do you have a bar?
    We hold a residential licence so can sell alcohol on the premises. There is a selection of beverages available for you to purchase, however the bar only operates during certain times. Please contact us if you'd like more information in regards to this.
  • Is there a laundry I can use?
    For guests that are staying on a longer business contract, we do have a washing machine and tumble dryer available. For further information, please ask on booking.
  • Can I order food in?
    Yes, most of the major food delivery companies, deliver to the accommodation. Guests are asked to provide their own mobile numbers on ordering and are required to meet deliveries at the front door as the drivers are not allowed to come into the building.
