Timbertop Suites strives to accommodate the needs of all our guests. However, the unique location on Weston hillside and the historical nature of our building present certain challenges for individuals with limited mobility. Our commitment is to provide clear and comprehensive information to help you assess the suitability of our accommodation for your needs.

The property is situated on a hillside with significant steps leading to the entrance. Public transport options are available approximately 1 mile away, with Weston-super-Mare Railway Station and Locking Road Bus Station both about a 19-minute walk from our location.


Arrival and Parking

Please check your booking confirmation or our booking page for check-in times. We kindly ask guests to inform us of their expected arrival time.


Our car park is located opposite the building, accommodating up to 14 vehicles on a first-come, first-served basis. While parking is not guaranteed, one vehicle per room is allowed until midday on the day of departure. The car park has an uneven surface and is not secured, so parking is at the owner's risk.


Access to the main entrance involves crossing the road and navigating stone steps. We recommend checking in before handling luggage, and we offer assistance with bags whenever possible.


Building Access

The front entrance is accessed via 14 steps with handrails. The building does not have lift or stair lift facilities, making it unsuitable for wheelchair users.


Guest rooms are spread across the first, second, and third floors of the main building and a rear extension.


Guest Accommodation and Public Areas

The property comprises the original three-storey house and a two-storey rear extension. A series of staircases connect the various levels, all equipped with handrails but without lift access.


Ensuite rooms are located throughout the building, varying in size and amenities, including shared kitchens for certain rooms.


Standard facilities in all rooms include ensuite bathrooms, complimentary toiletries, tea and coffee making facilities, and Wi-Fi.


Fire and Safety

The building is equipped with a fire detection and alarm system, fire extinguishers on each landing, and fire blankets in shared kitchens.


Smoking, the use of candles, or vaping inside the building is strictly prohibited to ensure the safety and comfort of all guests.
